Service Level Agreements for Aversys
Aversys will be available to the customer 99.9% of the time. Outage tracking is calculated with a third party to measure, monitor and report uptime of Aversys and Averhealth.com. Any planned system outages will be communicated no less than 3 days prior and will be scheduled at a time that will not interfere with business.
In addition to regular full and incremental back-ups, Aversys is backed by AWS cloud technology and database mirroring to prevent data loss.
Return Policy
Customer dissatisfaction shall be reported as soon as possible to Contracts@averhealth.com and will be responded to within 1 business day. Our team will partner with our customers to address any dissatisfaction. A meeting can be requested by the customer to develop a plan to cure the source of dissatisfaction. Should the Provider and Agency develop a mutual plan, our agreement shall remain in effect, but and in no case shall either party terminate the service agreement until at least sixty (60) day following the meeting. Averhealth does not offer refund for Aversys services.
Aversys Service Warranty
Aversys is to be provided by Averhealth and shall be performed in a timely and professional manner by qualified software support personnel familiar with Aversys and shall conform to the standards generally observed in the industry for similar services at the time such SaaS Services are rendered. IT Support can be reached at Support@averhealth.com and Customer Service can be reached at Service@averhealth.com at any time. Customer’s sole remedy in the event of a breach shall be handled by Avertest, LLC dba Averhealth.
