Dominique Delagnes is the CEO for Averhealth. She leads a nationwide team of managers and clinicians who ensure things run smoothly at Averhealth’s laboratory in St. Louis, Missouri and patient service centers across the U.S.
Vikram Menon is the Chief Technology Officer for Averhealth. He is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams and transforming organizations across multiple industries including health and wellness, online education, digital advertising, and InsureTech.
With an eclectic background in retail, accounting, and a stint as a software systems analyst, Nick Runge is now Vice President of Operations for Averhealth where he is passionate about solving customer and operations challenges. He began with Averhealth six years ago as an area manager for Missouri, and now directs a team of area and regional managers for Averhealth sites across the U.S.
Justin Manni is the Vice President of Business Development at Averhealth. He is also a nationally recognized mentor and leader that provides insights, advanced communication techniques, project management skills, and growth strategy to government and private professionals across the country.
Brooke Halsey, Vice President of Finance, manages accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis for Averhealth. She has over 10 years of accounting experience with companies in the Pacific Northwest and the greater Virginia area. She brings experience in a broad range of industries, including public accounting, health care, insurance, and government. Brooke, a Certified Public Accountant, received her BA in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
Dr. Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in both forensic and clinical toxicology. The first nine years were spent in the state crime lab in South Carolina, after which she worked in several clinical toxicology labs. In recent years, she was Chief Toxicologist for the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner in Phoenix and the West Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Dr. Mitchell brings her experience to Averhealth to support the outstanding lab staff with laboratory accreditation and quality management. Dr. Mitchell earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of South Carolina and has a BS in Biochemistry from Auburn University.
Dr. Michele Glinn serves as the toxicologist for Averhealth’s toxicology lab in St. Louis where she oversees screening and confirmation testing for judicial customers and health care providers. She is an adjunct professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, a fellow of the American Board of Forensic Toxicology, a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences Standards Board, and has served as vice president, president and past-president of the Midwestern Association for Toxicology and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring.
