Aversys continues to be unavailable due to an issue with Amazon Web Services, our cloud hosting account. Our team is working around the clock with our hosting provider to restore access as quickly as possible.

At this time, we do not yet have an estimated time for service restoration.

If Aversys is not restored by 5:00 AM ET October 13, no clients will be called for testing. If Aversys is restored before 5:00 AM ET, clients will be scheduled on October 13.

We will provide our next update at 7:00 AM ET tomorrow, October 13.

As of 10:15 am ET on Monday, October 12, 2026, Aversys is down. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

Please note the following for client services:

  • Depending on the location’s ability to continue services, some clients may be processed manually, while others may need to be excused.
  • All applicable client activities will be documented in Aversys once service is restored.
  • We may be unable to collect payment. Some self-pay clients may need to be excused and rescheduled.
