Our Patient Care Technicians (PCT) are the key to our success. Working in our Patient Service Centers directly with our patients, PCTs are responsible for collecting urine, oral fluid, hair and sweat samples for testing and analysis. Our Lead PCTs assist their managers with office operations and have the opportunity for increased interaction with our customers.
Our lab, located in St. Louis, Missouri, tests and analyzes each sample that is collected in averhealth offices nationwide. Operated by PhD and Master-level toxicologists, our lab is nationally certified and provides one business day turnaround for results.
Our managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Patient Service Centers and seamless integration of averhealth operations with new and existing customers’ programs. On a daily basis, you may find our managers stepping in to assist with specimen collection, attending court sessions to provide a testimony to the judge, or training specimen collectors at a new averhealth location. Our managers are responsible for one to five collection sites and report to our Director of Operations.
Our Business Development team is committed to increasing the number of programs, courts, counties and states that we serve. They are responsible for representing averhealth at local, state, and national conferences, as well as being the first face of averhealth for our potential customers.
Corporate Operations for averhealth are housed in our Richmond, Virginia office. Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Development and our Executives all work out of this office to ensure that our patient service centers and customers nationwide have the materials and information necessary to provide the best quality of service.
